Introduction:

The e-Sign solution offers a seamless and secure way for partners to electronically sign documents, reducing paperwork and streamlining workflows. It allows users to upload documents from local storage, and precisely define signature fields. The platform supports Aadhaar-based verification for identity authentication, ensuring legal compliance.

Objectives:

• Provide an easy-to-integrate SDK service for clients to enable e-sign functionality.
• Ensure secure and encrypted Aadhaar-based authentication via OTP for document signing.
• Validate user data provided by the client with Aadhaar data from Protean.
• Return the e-sign status to the client with four possible results: initiated, success, pending, or failed.
• Any change to the attached e-signature or the document to which is attached must be traceable. This is accomplished by encrypting the document and sealing it with a tamper-evident seal.
